We ship orders via our dedicated couriers from City-Link Express, AirPak, and iHub Logistics. Please note that assembly varies from product to product. Please check individual product page(s) for more details.

Shipping Duration & Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy: To help you save on delivery charges, HipVan will usually consolidate your items in one single order and ship them together. When estimating shipping duration, it is best to take the item with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate shipping duration for your order. Occasionally, HipVan may ship your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees.
In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within seven days and they will send a replacement.
For Delivery within Kuala Lumpur: Delivery should take place 2 - 3 working days after Ship By date.
(ie, order ships in 5 - 8 days, you should expect your order to be delivered in 2 - 3 working days after that.)
For Delivery outside of Kuala Lumpur: Delivery should take place 5 - 7 working days after Ship By date.
(ie, order ships in 5 - 8 days, you should expect your order to be delivered in 5 - 7 working days after that.)
Couriered orders via CityLink-Express
Delivery via Courier will reach within 3 - 5 working days of dispatch from warehouse. Please note that CityLink-Express will deliver without notification.
Orders via White Glove Delivery
The delivery scheduling team will provide a call the week before delivery to arrange for a delivery, and an email or sms will follow up a few days before with a narrow down timing.
All deliveries will be attempted either on a Tuesday or Thursday, excluding public holidays, from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
Weekend White Glove Delivery
There will be limited slots available for Saturday deliveries.
A surcharge of RM 120 will be collected upon check-out during the payment of your items should you choose to have your items delivered on a Saturday.
All Saturday deliveries will be attempted from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
** Please note: For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery arrangement pertaining to the order, kindly do so at least 2 working days in advance with our delivery scheduler, so that we can make the necessary arrangements. There will be a RM250 charge for any last minute changes within 2 working days, and/or day of the delivery. This will be collected as a separate order payment online via our website, upon a written confirmation of postponement of order delivery. **
Delivery fee for non-lift accessible floors: Do take note that there is a charge of RM35 per item per non-lift accessible floor will be collected upon completion of the delivery. This fee will also be applicable to stairs within landed properties or duplex apartments with stairs within unit.
Delivery will only proceed if the delivery team deems it suitable to go ahead in a non-hazardous manner. If the lifting process is deemed hazardous, (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway), and deemed unfeasible based on our assessment; we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.
All items sold are final sale, except for manufacturing defects. Customers are responsible for checking upon delivery.
There are currently no cancellations at this point in time. All items purchased are final sale.
Product Quality Claim:
If you believe your product has a flaw, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Though rare, there is a possibility of furniture being damaged during transportation. You have the right to reject the merchandise upon delivery at no cost or schedule for an exchange, except for sale items. Our Customer Service will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
If you do not reject the item upon delivery, please email us at email@example.com where we are able to provide a Defective Return Form for you to fill out.
Please note that we require images/videos as well to better assist you with regards to the defects.
