Shipping


HipVan currently ships to Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley.  

We ship orders via our dedicated couriers from City-Link Express, thelorry and iHub Logistics. Please note that all items are only delivered within Peninsular Malaysia, and currently will not include assembly for any furniture.


Our Standard Delivery timing is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 9.00am - 5.00pm.


Shipping Rates

Enjoy free shipping on all orders above RM 500 and pay only RM 49 for orders under RM 500. Only applicable for orders in West Malaysia. Shipping rates and duration for individual items can be found on any product pages on the right, under the price of the product.

  • Orders above RM 500: FREE SHIPPING!!!
  • Please note that shipping rates are calculated on the order amount after any discount coupon used.

Shipping Duration & Delivery Policy


Delivery Policy: To help you save on delivery charges, HipVan will usually consolidate your items in one single order and ship them together. When estimating shipping duration, it is best to take the item with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate shipping duration for your order. Occasionally, HipVan may ship your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees.
In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within seven days and they will send a replacement.


For Delivery within Kuala Lumpur: Delivery should take place 2 - 3 working days after Ship By date.
(ie, order ships in 5 - 7 days, you should expect your order to be delivered in 2 - 3 working days after that.)
For Delivery outside of Kuala Lumpur: Delivery should take place 7 - 10 working days after Ship By date.
(ie, order ships in 5 - 7 days, you should expect your order to be delivered in 7 - 10 working days after that.)


Delivery Arrangements:
For bulky items delivery Orders, we will be making arrangements with you in advance for the delivery.
For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly do so at least 2 days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements, else there will be a RM150 charge for any last minute changes.

Delivery fee for non-lift accessible floors: Do take note that there is a charge of RM35 per item per non-lift accessible floor will be collected upon completion of the delivery. This fee will also be applicable to stairs within landed properties or duplex apartments with stairs within unit.

Delivery will only proceed if the delivery team deems it suitable to go ahead in a non-hazardous manner. If the lifting process is deemed hazardous, (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway), and deemed unfeasible based on our assessment; we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.

All deliveries will be attempted between Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays, from 9.00am to 5.00pm.

For orders that do not require advance scheduling, the first delivery will be attempted without any scheduling.

If you miss the delivery, do not fret as they will let you know the delivery failed and you may reschedule a date and time which is convenient for you.

Should the second scheduled delivery attempt fail, the third attempt will be chargeable.

In the event that the parcel cannot be delivered and you are not contactable to set up a date and time, your order will be held for a maximum of 1 month from the date of first attempted failed delivery. If there is no response within this month, the order will be cancelled and the money refunded as a form of store credit.

Returns


Returns

All items sold are final sale, except for manufacturing defects. Customers are responsible for checking upon delivery.


Cancellation Policy:

There are currently no cancellations at this point in time. All items purchased are final sale.


Product Quality Claim:

If you believe your product has a flaw, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Though rare, there is a possibility of furniture being damaged during transportation. You have the right to reject the merchandise upon delivery at no cost or schedule for an exchange, except for sale items. Our Customer Service will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

If you do not reject the item upon delivery, please email us at hello@hipvan.com.my where we are able to provide a Defective Return Form for you to fill out.
